Jewelry care

All our designs are handmade and need the following care:

• Do not apply any substance directly, including lotion and alcohol
• Clean only with soft brush, soap, and water
• Dry with soft cloth
• Avoid introducing them to jacuzzis or pools

Warranty policy

• At näas we have a one month warranty after purchase: in case that your jewelry is scratched, broken, have scrapes, or has a loose part, it will be fixed free of charge.
• We do not accept refunds, however, an exchange can be made for another of our pieces.
